By popular demand, CircleTalk is holding another public training. This is being held at the beautiful Academy Senior Living Residence in Boulder, Colorado on November 11th, 2016 from 8:30-5:00pm and is open to anyone who feels that they have the foundational aptitudes that will support being trained in our facilitation method to lead Circles. What are those aptitudes, you might ask? Take a few minutes and think about the following questions:
“Do I understand the importance of, or, have I been able to …”
- Establish trust and a sense of group safety when participating or leading a group?
- Manage group process, including drawing people out, staying with the meeting agenda and encouraging positive and inclusive interactions?
- Be comfortable with expressing compassion, authenticity, warmth and care?
If you answered yes to these questions, we invite you to join us to learn this powerful method of engagement at our next public training! It promises to be a day of learning and experiencing this powerful method of group engagement. In our training, you, too, will develop a sense of belonging and learn and practice how to enter into meaningful, fun and sometimes soulful conversations. We have found that CircleTalk not only connects person-to- person, but connects us to our own essence.
Curious? We hope so! As always, contact us if you have any questions. Click here to register. For travel information, please refer to: Boulder_Travel_Guide_2016. We look forward to meeting you in November!
